Everything looks fantastic. Joe and I were both surprised at what a huge difference the cleaning made! I guess you don't realize how grungy the stones get over time. It made the entire patio look new again! Mark was great too - really nice guy and he did a super job.

My wife and I recently contracted Jesse James Hardscaping to handle a major patio, outdoor kitchen, and fireplace project.

We selected Jesse James after interviewing and obtaining bids from three other contractors. Throughout the selection process, I found Adam and Justin to consistently be the most responsive and transparent of the contractors.    

We did not have high expectations for how our construction process would fare.   We have engaged numerous contractors for various projects over the years and experienced repeated frustration and disappointment with false promises, shoddy workmanship and delays in completion.    

To my astonishment, our patio project began ahead of schedule.   As promised, the entire project took about 10 weeks to complete. Like clockwork, they showed up every day, rain or shine, at 7am and got down to work. During the construction process, Adam and Justin proved to be reasonable and flexible. On several occasions, we identified changes that needed to be made from the original plan. Each time, they approached the situation in a collaborative and fair fashion and together we worked towards a solution that worked for both parties.    

Jesse James took great pride in their workmanship.   They kept the work area very clean and endeavored to limit the impact on my family during the construction.
Our patio construction was simply the most painless and pleasant project we have ever undertaken.   It is rare to find a contractor that displays the work ethic and honesty that we enjoyed with Jesse James. I proudly recommend Jesse James for any hardscaping project.

We chose Jesse James Hardscaping after a lot of research and several consultations with other hardscape companies. Adam and Justin came to our house and listened to the vision we had in mind. Just a few days later, Justin emailed us the 3D design and we could not have been more pleased with what he showed us. He was willing to tweak things on that design and we were able to see that change on the 3D image before it actually went in (love that!). Justin always responded promptly to my emails and/or calls and he and his team were very professional when completing the project. The patio turned out better than we could have expected and everyone comments on how wonderful it looks.

We had a wonderful experience using Jesse James Hardscaping and we are extremely pleased with our patio. We HIGHLY recommend them and plan to use them for another project in the near future.
